Achieve Your Goals: Connect the Dots

I have recently made some changes in my life to improve my overall health and well being. Now I wasn’t terribly ill or suffering from a disease. My weight is normal, I eat fairly healthy, and I’m a dedicated exerciser. However, I’m a huge fan of the word PREVENTION. Just like connecting the dots on an art sheet to see the whole picture, I have been able to connect some happenings in my life to show me the bigger picture to reach my goal.
